Staff housing

In December 2021, a fire destroyed several staff housing units. Fredheim received NOK 2.7 million from its insurance company.

The insurance policy includes an additional NOK 3 million payout if replacement housing is built by December 2026.

Unfortunately, the initial insurance payment is no longer available due to operating deficits incurred in the years following the fire.

Today, the board is taking decisive steps to reduce costs and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

With your help, we can rebuild the staff housing and unlock the additional NOK 3 million insurance payment.

Our goal

Raise NOK 2.7 million in pledges for the construction of new staff housing.

What happens next?

1. Supporters register their pledges.
2. Once sufficient funding is secured, construction contracts are finalized.
3. Pledges are collected.
4. The staff housing is built.
5. Fredheim receives the additional NOK 3 million insurance payout.
